WE ARE CALLED

Chi Alpha believes that the university is the most strategic mission field in the world. While on campus, it is our duty as believers to build each other while becoming Christians that fulfill their callings in the university, the marketplace, and the world. To prepare for these callings, Chi Alpha offers many opportunities.

At Missouri State Chi Alpha, we believe that God has called us to “...go therefore and make disciples of all nations”. We do that through outreaches, small groups on campus, and through our missions program. Over the past 10 years, we’ve taken over 900 students on missions trips across the country and the world.

what is missions?

Missions is the intentional pursuit of God's mission to reach and impact every corner of the the world with His love and truth. Through discipleship, evangelism, and practical acts of service, we aim to see lives transformed and the Kingdom of God extended to the ends of the earth.

We encourage students to maximize their spring and summer breaks by giving back and serving with our ministry partners across the country and the world. Missouri State Chi Alpha empowers students to not only go on, but lead service trips to make a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God!

  • Our Spring Break trips are available to all within the community! These short term trips travel all throughout the contiguous United States while serving ministries and building relationships

  • Summer Trips are an amazing way to see God’s work internationally. Each year we send teams across the globe to serve God’s people

  • Looking for a long-term experience? Chi Alpha is blessed to have both statewide and global connections. For those in the ministry looking for a more in-depth experience, we are able to connect them with our vast network of opportunities
